Your Story. Your Voice. Adult Workshop
In partnership with Hope Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse in Kenosha, WI., 6 adults braved the journey of joining our newly designed 4 week writing workshop to explore past lives and share personal stories of recognizing where and how support is needed and how to overcome experiences beyond our control and understanding.
Your Story. Your Voice. Youth Workshop
Formerly, Young Storytellers Workshop, our Your Story, Your Voice writing workshop has been home to 18 youth. Held in 2019, in partnership with parents and Emaus Lutheran Church, we graduated an additional 10 youth as new authors and contributing writers of Super HUMANS, available on Amazon.com

Our first writing workshop held in 2018, in partnership with John Bryant Community Center in Racine, WI. 8 youth came together for an 8 week writing workshop. Sharing fun and whimsical stories of challenge to triumph, these new young authors have contributed their time and stories to a beautiful anthology, Be the Hero, available on Amazon.com.
Children's Books
Written by Find the Light Books' Founder and Director, Genie Webb-Mitchell, our children's books, Princess Lydi and the Baby Brother and Baby Daniel and the Bedtime Blues, are familiar and fun stories to share with children ages 0 - 5. These books include reading guides and support in creating the space to have kid-friendly conversations about overcoming daily challenges.
